4. Person-in-Charge approves cover design.
5. Person-in-Charge submits content in 8 weeks.
6. Bookshare typesets, proofreads and sends final proofs (book galleys) to Person in Charge.
7. Person-in-Charge signs off on proofs.
8. No major changes are permitted at this time, just spelling and grammar. Balance of payment is due.
9. Bookshare prints, binds and shipps.
